About Historank
Historank compares the history of 5,222 football clubs from 33 countries using the same criteria: how many seasons they played in each tier, what share of the points they won, which domestic and international titles they won and how big their stadium is, all adjusted for the strength of each league in each era. The result is an index from 0 to 100 that can be viewed for the whole history or decade by decade, with adjustable weights. The details are in the methodology.
Countries included: Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, England, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela.
